Police Looking To Find Burbank Flasher

BURBANK (CBS) — Police say a man exposed himself to two women in Burbank Thursday and police are hoping the public can provide a lead to catch him.

The flasher approached two women, ages 19 and 22, around 11:30 p.m. near Hollywood Way and Magnolia Boulevard, said Sgt. Robert Quesada of the Burbank Police Department.

"Two women...were walking in the area...when they heard someone from behind call out and say `Excuse me,"' said Quesada. "Both women turned around and saw a male suspect using one hand to lift up his shirt and the other to hold down his pants."

Quesada said the suspect was exposing his erect penis.

"The women quickly turned around and ran," Quesada said. "When they looked back the suspect was gone."

Police searched the area but were unable to find any suspects.

The male was 6 feet 1 inch tall with a medium to stocky build. He had a bald head with no facial hair and was wearing a white button-down shirt, dark tie and khaki pants.
