Race Between Harris, Cooley Too Close To Determine
LOS ANGELES (CBS) — The race for California Attorney General is too close to call, with Democrat Kamala Harris holding a slight lead over Republican Steve Cooley.
Cooley, currently the district attorney of Los Angeles, and Harris, district attorney of San Francisco, both have roughly 45 percent of the vote with Harris slightly in the lead.
Los Angeles County's total number vote may hold the key to determining the election. Harris is currently leading Cooling in his own county.
