LOS ANGELES (CBS) — "I'm too young to need a knee replacement!"
Well, that's one myth down. You're never too young to need a joint replaced.
Dr. Thomas Schmalzried, Director of the Joint Replacement Institute at St. Vincent Medical Center, was an in-studio guest on the KCAL 9 News at Noon Tuesday to separate fact from fiction re knee and hip replacement.
Dr. Schmalzried also discussed an open house at St. Vincent's.
