Body Found At Busy Hollywood Intersection

HOLLYWOOD (CBS) — Authorities said the body of a man was found inside a car Tuesday in Hollywood.

The body was found about 1:35 p.m. near the corner of Hawthorn and Highland avenues, behind the studio where "Jimmy Kimmel Live" is taped, said Richard French of the Los Angeles Police Department.

Detectives determined by Tuesday evening that the man died of natural causes.

The man was identified as Larry Addison Bortolott, 40, of Burbank.

LAPD Officer Sara Faden said, "Detectives have now determined the man died of natural causes. So that ends our investigation responsibilities into his death. It will now be up to the coroner to determine exactly how he died."
