3 Female Customers Accuse Salon Owner Of Sexual Battery

WEST COVINA (CBS) — Authorities announced Thursday the arrest of a West Covina hair salon and day spa owner for suspicion of misdemeanor sexual battery.

According to police, three female customers complained of  "inappropriate touching."

Fouad "John" Kakos, 49, the owner of John Michael Paul's Salon at 2970 E. Workman Avenue, was arrested Wednesday.

Between August and October, three women alleged inappropriate sexual contact -- two during massages.

Kakos has been charged with three misdemeanor counts of sexual battery. He was released on $75.000 bail, said West Covina police Sgt. David Lee.
