'BB9' Winner Adam Jasinski To Change Plea In Drug Case

BOSTON (AP) — A winner of the CBS reality show "Big Brother 9" plans to change his plea in a drug case in Boston.

Adam Jasinski, of Delray Beach, Fla., pleaded not guilty to possession with intent to distribute oxycodone last November. He was arrested last October outside Boston after police say he showed a man cooperating with authorities two plastic bags filled with oxycodone, the main active ingredient in OxyContin and other painkillers.

An electronic notice filed in federal court says Jasinski has a change-of-plea hearing scheduled for Monday afternoon.

Jasinski won $500,000 on "Big Brother 9" in 2008. The series features contestants who live under constant surveillance and vote once a week to evict each other.

Jasinski's lawyer did not immediately return a call seeking comment.
