LOS ANGELES (AP) — A court official says the judge handling Lindsay Lohan’s criminal case plans to issue an unspecified ruling in the case a day before her attorneys are due in court.

Lohan spent 14 days in jail and was taken to rehab on Aug. 2 after another judge determined she violated her probation in a 2007 drug case.
