Controversial Member Kicked Off Saugus Union School Board
The Saugus Union School Board voted 4-1 Tuesday to vacate the seat held by Stephen S. Winkler after discovering that he doesn't live in the district. The former trustee stirred controversy after posting about Nazi Germany and animal mutilation on social media sites. Dave Bryan reports.
