Officials Suspect Wrongway Driver Behind Massive Freeway Pileup May Have Been Under The Influence
The collision was apparently caused by a motorist driving a pickup truck the wrong way. Investigators suspect the driver, in his 40s or 50s, was under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Juan Fernandez reports.
