Local Firefighter With Ties To Oklahoma Vows To Help Tornado Victims

Bryan Russell, a firefighter with Huntington Beach, has strong ties to Oklahoma City. He's going back to help out and says there is a way Angelenos can help, too. Rachel Kim reports.
