Sailor Arrested After Running Boat Aground In Laguna Beach
When the sailor, identified as Stephen Michael Fryer, told authorities he couldn't afford the $9,000 bill to cover the hazmat cost of removing the fuel from the boat, the boat's ownership was transferred to the city of Laguna Beach. Michele Gile reports.
