Utility Ratepayers To Foot $7.5M Bill For LA Children’s Museum

The Los Angeles City Council approved the transfer of $7.5 million from the Department of Water and Power, as well as the Bureau of Sanitation, to go toward the Children's Museum of Los Angeles. KCAL9's Dave Bryan reports.
