Judge Denies Request To Overturn Ban On Santa Monica Nativity Scenes
City officials say the nativity scene snarls traffic on Ocean Park Boulevard, requires city employees to monitor the area and ruins the grass in the area. Nativity supporters say the scene should be allowed under their First Amendment rights. Louisa Hodge reports.
