Santa Monica Officials Have Banned Aids Walk Ads From Buses
The policy banning all public service messages from buses has been in effect for a decade, but it wasn't being enforced. Now, Santa Monica officials say they are actually banning all public service messages, including the AIDS Walk ads. Dave Bryan reports.
