Police: Crimes Have Spiked Due To Inmate Early Release Program

Police say some of the inmates on California's early release program are going right back out on the streets and committing new crimes. KCAL9's Suraya Fadel is live in Mission Hills where one LAPD commander is sounding an alarm.
