Spaccia Sentenced To Nearly 12 Years For Bell Corruption Scandal
Former Bell assistant city administrator Angela Spaccia Thursday was sentenced to 11 years and eight months in prison and ordered to pay nearly $8 million in restitution. Dave Lopez reports.
