Guests planning to visit A Restaurant and reserve the 9pm seating will enjoy a five-course prix fixe menu, party favors and a champagne toast at midnight. The first course begins with Maine lobster, fennel blood orange, white sturgeon caviar and avocado. Second course is black truffle gnocchi with ricotta, rapini, hedgehogs, parmesan fondue and a 62° egg, followed by the salad course. Guest for the evening will then have a choice of three entrees: Milk Fed Veal Chop, Roasted Loup de Mer or Private Reserve Wagyu Strip Loin. Guests will dine on Oysters + Caviar, Blue Fin Tuna Sashimi, Pan Seared Diver Scallop (with sea urchin risotto, sea grapes, citrus and crispy ginger,) Buckwheat Honey Glazed Duck Breast and Whole Roasted Prime Rib Eye Medallion (with red cabbage, wild mushroom bread pudding, smoked kabocha squash and duck jus.) To end the evening on a sweet note, Mont Blanc with chocolate sauce, meringue cup and chestnut mousse will be served for dessert. $110 per person and $75 for optional paired wine. From Potato and Caviar, and Caesar Salad, to choice of second course: White Bean Soup or Poached Maine Lobster, this is only the beginning of a culinary holiday to remember. Choice of entree includes Seared Duck Breast, Tamarind Glazed Sea Bass or Vintage Natural NY, Oscar-style. Be sure to save some room because Chocolate and Candied Nut Torte with chocolate caramel sauce, fleur de sel caramel ice cream and Vanilla Panna Cotta with champagne granite, raspberry sorbet and Chambord espuma will be served for dessert!
