The iconic Ruby's Diner, will be celebrating Ruby's 91st Birthday on July 29, by offering the Next Gen Ruby's Burger for just $3.10. The Next Gen Burger features all-natural USDA beef, unique sauce, lettuce, and tomato on a grilled artisanal bun. In celebration of 31 years in Southern California, Ruby's Diner will have the burger available for guests at the price of $3.10 on July 29; the new burger will be available for a limited-time beginning on July 30 for $7.99.
