This epic world premiere event brings together internationally acclaimed musicians, Malcolm Goldstein on the violin (known for his broad range of tone and improvisational use of the violin), Lorenz Gamma on the viola, and Mark Menzies also on the violin. The program includes music by Lutoslawski, Biber, and local CalArts alum and award winner, Andrew MackIntosh. Tickets start at $20.

The 20th anniversary of the EIF Revlon Run/Walk for Women opening ceremony begins at 8 a.m. as Halle Berry, Brook Anderson, and Carrie Ann Inaba welcome participants and guests to the race. Throughout its history, the walk has raised more than $68 million dollars to fund research and treatments for women facing cancer.

One year after the passing of Carroll Shelby, who changed racing history with his passion and charitable efforts, the first-ever Tribute Car Show in his honor will be a celebration for racing and automotive fans throughout SoCal. Visitors can peruse some of the rarest Shelby cars from the past 50 years, famous racers will present lectures, and Shelby Legacy Collection items will be for sale. A worldwide "Rev Your Engine" salute will take place at 1 p.m. Gates open at 10 a.m. There is no charge for admission, but a $10 donation to the Foundation includes a show decal.

Take the whole family to see this classic J.M. Barrie tale of Peter Pan, the boy who won't grow up. Creating Arts Company will transport your family to London as you explore the adventures of Peter, Wendy, Tinkerbell, and Captain Hook. The musical, which runs for only one hour, is the perfect way to introduce your children to a love of theater. Performances run through June 30 on Saturdays and Sunday at 3 p.m. Tickets start at $12.
