The Anatolian Cultures and Food Festival is a four-day event that kicks off on May 16 and continues through May 18. The festival brings together exhibitions, food, arts and crafts, performances, dances and live music from different civilizations such as Assyria, the Byzantine Empire, the Ottoman Empire, the Turkish Republic and more. The festival will take place from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
