Motif at St. Regis Monarch Beach
The Motif Champagne Sunday Brunch at the St. Regis Monarch Beach is hard to beat. Order your Signature Bloody Mary or advise your waiter to keep the champagne coming, then take your time and explore all the different stops among the culinary offerings. There’s an Omelet Station, Seafood Station, Carving Station and a Pancake Station. The warm crepes are delicious and the dessert bar is seemingly endless. Foodies will certainly appreciate the fresh and beautifully presented options. Enjoying your brunch with the gorgeous terrace backdrop and live music is wonderfully relaxing, as well. This coming Easter Brunch proves to be particularly outstanding. You’re promised a range of international dishes. The Easter Brunch also includes the legendary Easter Egg Hunt on the Grand Lawn.

Montage Laguna Beach
The Montage aims to please every flavor of foodie with their trio of upscale restaurants on their property. This Easter, the Grand Ballroom Champagne Brunch offers a wealth of amazing buffet items, and they’re all displayed with a spacious, airy style that doesn’t overwhelm the senses. It’s exceptionally tasteful, like all things Montage. A live jazz trio also adds to the inviting ambiance.
Pricing: $105/adult; $40/child (ages 4-12).
You may opt to brunch at The Loft if a more intimate setting and less endless choices is your preference. Enjoy sparkling wine upon being seated and a four-course prix-fixe menu (choice of appetizer, entree, cheese and dessert).

Finally (less brunch and more dinner) is Studio, open 4pm-9pm. You’ll be served an Easter five-course Chef’s Tasting Menu by the award-winning team at Studio (awarded the coveted Mobil, now Forbes, 5-Star for culinary excellence). The Ritz Carlton, Laguna Niguel
This lovely Dana Point destination offers a divine Sunday a la Carte Champagne Brunch every Sunday in RAYA with beautiful ocean views. Start with a fresh fruit martini and selection of pastries then enjoy a three-course a la carte menu.
Pricing: $65 per person.
The Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel also offers an Easter Brunch in the ballroom from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The lavish Champagne brunch includes an Omelet Station, Waffle Station, Salad Station, a Sushi and Caviar Station, even an Ice Cream Sundae Station. Really, there are just too many stations to name. The decadent Easter brunch includes live entertainment.
Pricing: $110 per person; $55 per child 3 to 12.
Orange Hill Restaurant
It’s quintessential brunch extraordinaire at the Orange Hills’s Weekend Brunch. The buffet offers an abundance of foods to please any palate, including made-to-order pasta, omelets, fresh seafood, carving stations and decadent desserts. The view overlooking Orange is really something to behold. Extravagant food, a stellar view, and it’s held both days (a double bonus if you just can’t get enough). Brunch is available Saturday from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM and Sunday from 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM. Reservations suggested.
For Easter weekend, brunch is $49.95 for adults and $29.95 for children.
The Californian at Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort and Spa
Dining amongst the California Courtyard with its striking fountain grounds and ocean views is pure heaven. And what’s on the menu is blissful also. The upcoming Easter menu is infused with the natural flavors and fresh ingredients of Southern California. Enjoy champagne service, freshly made waffles and pancakes, eggs made-to-order, a raw bar, sushi, carved meats and seafood, pasta station and incredible desserts, including their sinful Chocolate Fountain. This AAA Four Diamond restaurant is sure to satisfy the senses.
