Though they've been around since the 1950s, indoor trampoline parks really made their way back into vogue five years ago. Today there are multiple locations (most are franchises) scattered around Los Angeles and Orange County.
 
What exactly is a trampoline park? Imagine a basketball court covered with trampolines on the ground and on the wall that is extremely fun to play in. With spring loaded frames (which are covered with safety pads), the here idea is that you can literally bounce off the walls, do tricks, and get a work-out in. We've scoured LA to find you the best ones to get your bounce on.

With a huge variety of activities to choose from, it is the perfect spot to bring kids or if you're a big kid at heart. Bounce around on their massive trampolines where you can review your jumps afterwards using their video recording cameras, play a game of pick-up dodgeball or against friends as you leap to avoid the balls, jump into Get Air's ultimate foam pits and play 'Slam Ball,' where dunking a ball in the basketball hoop just got a lot easier thanks to the lift from the trampoline. The name says it all. If you're ready to jump sky high and experience some activities not found at other trampoline spots around the city, then this is the perfect place for you. In addition to the main trampoline area where you'll get a chance to bounce around, Sky High Sports, which has locations throughout Southern California, also offers a rope swing area, and a basketball dunk section. For more fun, you'll want to try your hand out at Dodgeball, where you can either play with friends or join a pick up game. While the regular form of dodgeball is fun, jumping around on a trampoline while playing is on another level (literally). If you have little ones, you need not worry too. Sky High Sports offers an area designated just for toddlers. Want to get some exercise that's actually fun too? With locations in Orange County, Big Air Trampoline Park has 17,000 square feet of jumping surfaces, complete with dodgeball and slam dunk courts, and more. One thing is for sure though: Big Air takes the Trampoline Park to the next level with "The Bullpen". Their newest attraction will put your core to the limit as you ride an electronic bull. In addition, they offer "The Wall," an intense course where you can test your climbing skills, "The Pit," where you launch through the air into a massive foam pit, "Battlebeam," where you're able to challenge friends to a one on one jousting battle while you try and stay in balance over a pit of foam, as well as an area for dunking and more. Big Air also offers an area for toddlers.
