Cha Cha's offers a unique California Latin-inspired menu born out of the love of Latin cuisines by two seasoned restaurateurs. The dishes are modern, yet true to authentic roots. Cha Cha's offers some of the finest tequilas with house-made infusions and fresh seasonal fruits. We recommend trying the Cha Cha's Mojitos in the new year. This mojito is made with Myer's Platinum Rum, fresh lime juice, mint and sugar cane that is served frozen.

Sol Cocina brings a contemporary spin on Mexican cocktails while using fresh seasonal ingredients. All of the cocktails are designed to bring out the authentic flavors of the menu using ultra-premium tequilas and mezcals. There are two new must-have drinks for the new year at Sol Cocina.

Our first recommendation is the Horchata Martini. A loved drink in Mexico, Sol Cocina is introducing their own house-made horchata. It is shaken and strained with a black tea-infused Don Julio Reposado tequila and 1921 Crema Tequila, then dusted with cinnamon before serving.

The second recommendation for the new year is the 1921 Tea. This is a warm cocktail perfect for sipping in front of the indoor fireplace inside the Sol Cocina lounge. This cocktail is served in a sniffer with warm English breakfast tea, Grand Marnier and 1921 Crema tequila.

Haven is well-known in the community for their wide selection of craft beers, boutique wines and classic cocktails. They have a menu created by Le Cordon Bleu-trained Executive Chef Greg Daniels that offers European flare with a modern American twist. There are two cocktails that we recommend ordering while dining at Haven Gastropub this year.

The first drink we recommend it is the Smokin' Scotch. This drink is made with La Puritita Mezcal, Grand Marnier, house-made sweet & sour and smoked salt. For those looking for something a little more sour, we recommend the Pisco Sour. This cocktail is made using Oro Pisco, house-made sweet & sour, egg white and Angostura Bitter.
