Fall Theater Preview In Orange County

Theater is heating up this fall in Orange County as the weather starts to cool down. With Broadway hits, thrillers, dancing, acrobatics and family favorites, these are some of the hottest upcoming performances in OC.

This fall, the classic Disney story will be showcased live for the entire family to enjoy. With six Tony Awards under its belt and more than 70 million viewers worldwide, "Disney's The Lion King" is sure to impress with colorful costumes, top-notch performers, captivating backdrops and popular music by Elton John and Tim Rice.

Produced by a Tony Award-winning team, "42nd Street" will entertain with impressive talent and inspire audience members with its uplifting storyline. Join aspiring dancer Peggy Sawyer as she leaves her hometown and works towards her dream of being on Broadway. Her big aspirations come to life when the star of "Pretty Lady" gets hurt, and Peggy fills in to save the show. In addition to the positive story, musical hits will accompany the production such as "Dames," "42nd Street," "We're in The Money,” "I Only Have eyes For You,“ "Shuffle Off To Buffalo" and "Lullaby of Broadway.

Spotlighting some of Argentina's most talented dancers, this performing arts production will draw you in with alluring visuals and precise, impressive movements. As stated on the website, the performers "inhabit a world where everything can said with a flick of a leg, the tug of a hand, the tap of a foot and the arch of an eyebrow." This longest-running tango Broadway hit is sure to spice up your day with sultry, sophisticated dance and music.
