Proclaim your South-African-cuisine love for her at Mozambique Steakhouse, Bar & Lounge, located in lovely Laguna Beach. They have a special Valentine’s Day menu for $69 a person. The menu starts with Cream Cheese Stuffed Peppadrops. And entrée selections range from Blackened Loch Duart Salmon to Vegetarian Penne Pasta Wild Porcini Mushrooms.
