Breast Cancer Awareness Month: Best Ways to Get Your Family Involved In Orange County

Every October, men and women of all ages, from different walks of life, sport pink ribbons in honor of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Chances are, they know someone who has battled this devastating illness. The American Cancer Society estimates nearly 227,000 women will develop invasive breast cancer this year and of those, 40,000 will die. To help bolster awareness and raise money for cancer research, organizations and companies that operate throughout Orange County have found ways to bring families together to run, walk, stomp and eat their way to a cure. These are the best ways to get your family involved in breast cancer prevention, awareness and finding a cure.
