Combine a waffle and a sandwich and you get what is known to be the signature food at Bruxie. A new take on the traditional sandwich, this restaurant uses a Belgian waffle as the bread base. It's a pretty genius way to reinvent the waffle and the use of the waffle is surprisingly light, crispy and delicious. You can have a Bruxie for breakfast, lunch and dinner with even an option for dessert. After creating a thinner waffle with the right ingredients, Bruxie's "The Bold Fold" was born. There are various locations throughout Southern California with expansions into San Diego and Denver.
