It's not easy for any establishment to remain in business for 50 years, but Poul's has been an Orange County institution for longer than that. When you go to a bakery or coffee shop, you might expect to find one kind of coffee cake. Poul's carries 12 different kinds of coffee cakes including raspberry (pictured) and apricot with almond filling.
