This year, Chef Zoe Nathan of Huckleberry is preparing a Thanksgiving catering menu to satisfy the needs of even the pickiest. Featuring traditional Thanksgiving fare, expect delicious take out items like their braised organic turkey thighs (small: serves 2, medium: seres 4 and large: serving 8), as well as a smothered organic turkey & gravy also available for different size parties. Organic meatballs, a Bartell Ranch brisket, as well as fixings like roasted sweet potatoes, creamy mashed potatoes, traditional turkey stuffing, green beans, bunched rainbow carrots, classic mac & cheese, cornbread pudding, cranberry orange sauce, traditional gravy and much more will be for the picking. Owner Joan McNamara loves nothing more than taking care of her customers like family, ensuring that everyone enjoys their meals. Back gain this year, the popular eatery is offering some truly delicious staples including maple-brown sugar yams, Joan’s turkey gravy, classic creamy mashed potatoes, harvest bread stuffing with dried fruits, nuts and mushrooms as well as traditional cranberry sauce, grandma’s old fashioned stuffing, butternut squash and pear soup, salads and more. Their oven roasted whole Thanksgiving turkey is obviously the main attraction though. Offering both a whole Thanksgiving turkey or oven roasted turkey breast, you can’t go wrong. Serving 8 people for $275, The Hungry Cat in Santa Monica will be offering all the traditional items you’d want out of a Thanksgiving Dinner. A starter persimmon salad will begin your meal, but for entrees, a deep fried turkey with potato puree, roasted sweet potatoes, chorizo & oyster stuffing, romano bean au gratin and spiced cranberry sauce will be included.
