At Michaelangelo’s, the pizza is as interestingly delicious as the unique names. You can order ‘The Grandpa’, ‘The Grandma’, ‘Big Pig’, or “Tailgate’, just to name a few. You can also change it up and order some ‘Fat Mama’ lasagna. Always made with top quality, fresh ingredients, these marvelous creations are sure to please. As we all know, pizza and beer go together like peas and carrots. To that end, Michelangelo’s also serves some of the finest craft beers you will find in Orange County. Why not get together with friends and order a ‘Big Pig’, and wash it down with a ‘Downtown Brown’ or a ‘Southern Triangle’ ? To finish it off, there is a delectable dessert item called ‘The Ollie’. Spoiler alert – It contains Nutella and a crumbled bacon option.

The name alone would make it worth the trip, but fortunately ‘Two Saucy Broads’ is much more than just a catchy name. Serving delicious hot fresh New York style pizza, you may come in for the name, but you will come back for the food. ‘Strong Island’, Bronx Bomber’ and ‘Pestopalooza’ are the names of some of the delicious round culinary delights served here. Factoring in that it also serves finely crafted California beers and wines, this is definitely worth the trip. Be sure to try the chicken wings, sandwiches and garlic knots. Combo’s Pizza
757 W. Commonwealth Ave
Fullerton, CA 92832
(714) 526-6267
www.combospizza.com

In the mood for something a little different? If you like to think outside the box, this is just the place for you. Combo’s Pizza not only has traditional toppings and combinations, but also offers some interesting (and quite tasty) alternative options. How about pastrami pizza ? Then there is one of the favorites of the regulars, the amazingly different carne asada pizza. Carne asada pizza does not have tomato sauce, rather it is served up with a layer of black bean-based sauce – it may sound a little odd, but is definitely delicious. Also serving up a wide variety of sandwiches both hot and cold, as well as salads and garlic sticks, this family-owned eatery has a fun atmosphere and makes for a great evening. Stop on in, you will be glad you did.
