Spring is in the air and this week is full of great activities. From wine pairings to a day out at Grand Park where you can peruse the food vendors, artisans and farmers, you're sure to have a great week with the best LA has to offer.

Adoteca has joined forces with three Italian wineries from the Piedmont region to feature a series of wine-paired, prix fixe menu dinners. The second dinner in the series is a five-course meal created by Executive Chef Antonio Murè and Chef Alberto Lazzarino and paired with Marco Bonfante wines. Dishes include Baby Arugula Dungeness Crab and Braised Fennel Salad, Pappardelle and Porcini Mushroom and Hare Ragout, Castlemango Cheese and Spinach Flan, Pan Seared Filet Mignon and White Chocolate Mousse Meliga. The cost is $85 per person, not including tax or gratuity, and runs from 5:30-10:30p. Reservations recommended.

From 6:30-9p, Kabuki will host the Hollywood stop of its Spring Sake Tour. Led by Master Sake Sommelier Yuji Matsumoto, guests will sample several sakes, Kawaba beer and Ginza No Suzume shochu, as well as several paired items from Kabuki's menu. Attendees will also receive information regarding each sake on the evening's tasting menu and will have a chance to purchase discounted bottles during the event. The cost is just $15.95 per person.

The cast and crew behind For The Record Live have created a series of theatrical productions that combine the best scenes and music from a collection of modern day directors and producers. This current run is all about Quentin Tarantino, and the show includes many of his fans favorites - Pulp Fiction, Kill Bill, Reservoir Dogs, Jackie Brown, Death Proof, Inglorious Bastards and Django Unchained. DBA Hollywood is the new home for the show, and this space provides fully unobstructed views and a complete arena of action no matter where you sit. Doors open at 7pm, and the show starts at 8pm. The First Annual Bite at the Beach craft beer and food pairing event kicks off in partnership with the Manhattan Beach Chamber of Commerce. Adam Gertler, well-known for his time on The Next Food Network Star, will host and lead a day of panels with industry experts. Participating breweries and restaurants include Ballast Point, Firestone Walker, El Segundo Brewing, Stella Artois, Fishing with Dynamite, Simmzys, Fresh Brothers, Rock'n Fish and Tin Roof Bistro, to name a few. Proceeds from the event will benefit The Surfrider Foundation. The event runs from 2-7pm. Tickets are available online.

For the fifth year in a row, The Vegan Beer & Food Festival presented by Tony's Darts Away, Quarry Girl and Nic Adler of The Roxy returns with more than 40 breweries and over 30 food vendors on hand. Participants include Golden Road Brewing, Stone Brewing, Smog City, Sierra Nevada, Seabirds Food Truck, Crossroads Kitchen, Gracias Madre, Shojin, Southern Fried Vegan and Follow Your Heart, to name a few. There will also be music from He's My Brother She's My Sister, Fathers & Suns, The Battlefield, Megan Jacobs and Heaps n Heaps. A portion of the event's proceeds will benefit K-9 Connection. The event is 21+, and tickets are $50 for general admission, $80 for VIP and $30 for non-drinkers. Purchase tickets online.

The Nancy Evans Dance Theatre will host the last of three shows for its Spring season concert, WORKS 2014, on Sunday evening. The troop will premiere four new works from company members and choreographers Katrina Amerine, Jenn Logan, Scot Tupper and Artistic Director Nancy Evans Doede, as well as witty pieces from Frit & Frat Fuller. Tickets are available online for $20 or $15 with a senior, student or DRC ID.
