It is called Bananas Foster Eggnog, which sounds pretty irresistible and tastes the same. This cocktail is made with brandy that is sous vide with brown sugar and roasted bananas. This cocktail is basically dessert in a glass, and after consuming one of these, you probably won't need a jacket to keep warm.

In addition to drinking it because it's great, you'll also want to drink it because it is named That Ancient Religion honor the new Star Wars movie. The eggnog is made in house with egg yolks, whipping cream and Dark Arts - a house blend of liqueurs. Add Kirk & Sweeney 18-year Dominican rum and Park VS cognac and what you have is a cocktail that is perfect for those rare nights in Southern California when there is actually a chill in the air. If eggnog is good, then eggnog with a spectacular view is even better. Looking out on the bay, Back Bay Bistro has some of the best views in Orange County, and it also has an eggnog that could get you coming back for more. It's a fairly traditional eggnog recipe made with bourbon, topped with whipped cream and nutmeg, and garnished with a cinnamon stick. It's the sort of thing you might have expected your parents (or grandparents) to serve at their holiday parties when you were too young to enjoy it. Granted, it doesn't get cold in Newport Beach (compared to the rest of the country), but this is the perfect drinks for those cool nights on the water.
