The Dim Sum Truck serves up the genre’s greatest hits including sticky rice wrapped in lotus leaves, translucent shrimp parcels (har gow), and pork dumplings (shu mai), all on on four wheels. Instead of the usual chili oil and soy sauce, owner Alex Chu whips up a savory garlic sauce that totally pops. Also check out Deluxe Dumplings (@DeluxeDumplings), a fusion effort recently launched by Mr. Chu.
