Ballet and dance classes are offered throughout Los Angeles, and offer a great way to hone your skills. If you're a dancer, there are several quality dance studios throughout the city. Having been in many Broadway shows and movies and had experience as an actress, she has a great deal of experience in the art of dance. For those who want to get into dance but are not sure what type of genre to get into, IDA is the school for you. This Hollywood dance studio offers classes ranging from hip-hop, ballet, ballet hip-hop, and jazz to tap and a host of others. For single classes the cost is very inexpensive, or opt for a class pass, which is good for one month and includes 4 to 12 class sessions. If you decide that you love the academy, you can purchase an unlimited class pass for a few hundred dollars.

At Dance Arts Academy, located in the heart of Los Angeles' mid-Wilshire district, there is definitely plenty of culture within the studio. Founded by Carla Luna, the academy offers professional, quality dance and training performing opportunities for both children and adults. Classes range from ballet to Hip Hop, Tap, Flamenco, Afro-Brazilian, Irish Step, Jazz, and several others. In addition to the dance classes, the studio is available for event rental.

Founded in 1992 by artistic director Elizabeth Banke, Dance Studio No. 1 has been recognized in the community for it's outstanding Young Children's Program. The school currently has several hundred students ranging from ages 2-19, where it spealizes inn classical ballet while also offering contemporary, character dance, pointe, variations and conditioning classes. The school is divided into two distinct divisions: The Young Children’s Program (ages 2-6) and the Classical Ballet Program (ages 5-19).
