Bread is the name of the game at this Santa Ana bakery. Established in 2010 by Jonnie LoFranco, BREAD Artisan Bakery has become one of the OC's most highly regarded bakeries. Yannick Guegan, the head baker at BREAD, learned his baking technique back at home in France, and his baked-from-scratch artisan craftsmanship is seen in every delicacy served here. Cream Pan Bakery, named for its puffy cream pan bun filled with custard, is actually most known for its Strawberry Croissant, a byproduct of fun experimentation by owner Yoshinori Inada.
