It is distinctly possible that your mother told you that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. She was right because her goal was to get you to start your day with a nutritious meal. However, your mom probably never said that breakfast could only be eaten in the morning. If you're looking for a good breakfast at any time of day, try these great places that serve breakfast as long as they're open.

Bruxie has a variety of great sandwiches that allow you to get your breakfast fix. Among them is the green eggs & ham. Dr. Seuss probably never imagined anything like this sandwich, which includes ham, egg and arugula pesto on a waffle. Also available here is a sandwich with bacon, egg, cheddar and, perhaps the most irresistible, one with lox, cucumbers and dill cream cheese.

Anepalco's is a cozy little place, and even though it is on Main Street, it's easy to drive right by the place. However, once you're inside, you will realize that you've found something special. The cuisine here is a mixture of Mexican and French, and it is delicious. When you visit, make sure you try the chilaquiles. If you'd like something sweeter, the guava French toast is a good option. Anepalco's is only open until 3:00 p.m., but breakfast is served as long as the place is open.
