There's lots of great things to do in honor of both Halloween and the lead up to election day! Monday's Halloween celebration is followed by lots of great theater performances the rest of the week. In addition to two election-themed shows, a special one-night-only event from Pop Up Magazine will take place, as will a new twist on an old classic tale, starring a television great. If you'd rather just eat and drink your way through the week, a new mixology series is helping your hump day, and National Nacho Day ends the week on an ooey gooey cheesy note.

Celebrate Halloween!

There are a lot of great options for partying on Halloween night, but only one can boast being the largest Halloween street party in the world. West Hollywood's annual Halloween Carnaval (on Santa Monica Blvd. between N. Doheny Dr. & La Cienega Blvd.) brings over half a million people to the streets for a night of live music and entertainment. Multiple stages and food trucks will be set up for the free event, which runs from 6pm - 11pm. After the festivities end, many of WeHo's bars are keeping the fun going until closing time.

For more adult fun with a few less people, there are lots of great Halloween Parties for Adults in Los Angeles.
