Spring is in the air and it is the perfect time of year to explore all of the unique and interesting things Orange County has to offer. With the weather being perfect for fairs, cultural festivals, boat adventures and everything in between, we have rounded up a list of the best spring season activities in the spirit of renewal and rebirth in Orange County.

If you didn’t have a chance to attend the Dana Point Festival of Whales in early March, there is still plenty of time to hop on a boat and see gray whale migration before it’s too late. March is the peak time for the gray whale migration with whale watching cruises which can spot up to half a dozen or more gray whales on a single cruise.

Held at the Village Green between Main Street and Euclid Avenue in downtown Garden Grove, this popular annual event held over Memorial Day weekend is a family favorite complete with food, entertainment, rides, music, games and of course plenty of strawberry treats! Admission is always free.
