One of the most unusual museums in Los Angeles - and possibly the planet - is a part of the Culver City arts district. At The Museum of Jurassic Technology visitors find an eclectic and eccentric one-of-a-kind collection which features everything from microscopic sculptures to portraits of Russian dogs sent into space. A tea room and roof garden are also located here. Home to many bizarre relics, there are a myriad of exhibits to keep you entertained.

Blum & Poe gallery is a bastion of contemporary art featuring both local and national pieces including abstract works. The gallery features art from some of today's top artists including Alma Allen, Chiho Aoshima, Karel Appel, Penny Slinger, Keith Tyson, Gavin Kenyon and a ton of others that keep visitors entertained. The art here tends to favor more contemporary exhibits, such as the Kazumi Nakamura one, as well as other installations.

Bruce Lurie's Gallery in the Culver City Arts District is another great stop over if you're looking to take in some of the world's best artists' exhibits. The gallery, which is always offering upcoming exhibits, features contemporary art including paintings, sculptures, and photography. Artists include top ones ranging from Bruce Byers, Doris Schamp, Gershon Kreimer, Glenn Deneve, Bob Clyatt and Heidi Spector.
