In-N-Out is one of California's most popular burger joints that can only be found on the left side of the country. While these tasty burgers can be found in Arizona, Nevada, Utah and Texas, the very first In-N-Out can only be found in Los Angeles. Opened in 1948, the original In-N-Out drive-thru burger joint took up 10 square feet at Francisquito and Garvey in Baldwin Park in Los Angeles. The original structure remains in place but is now merely a replica and serves as a museum where fans of the franchise can walk through the structure instead of driving thru. If you're looking to get your In-N-Out fix the nearest restaurant is a skip away at 13850 Francisquito Ave.

Angelyne is sort of like a unicorn running loose in Los Angeles. There are numerous reports of sightings but until you see the woman and her candy pink Corvette for yourself, it's simply just a rumor. Angelyne is considered to be the very first famous-for-being-famous Hollywood celebrity. Back in the '80s she was a struggling actress/musician with bit parts in "Earth Girls Are Easy" and "Homer and Eddie." Her band, Angelyne, released a music video titled "My List," but it was her racy billboards that became her only claim to fame. Rumors of a wealthy boyfriend is how she maintains her iconic image, while others claim she has investors. Whatever way she manages, the aging socialite can still be seen around town in short, tight dresses with her trademark blond hair and will never refuse a photo op. Voted "The Strangest Museum in the World," "The Most Insane Museum in the World," and "The Cutest Museum in the World," The Bunny Museum in Pasadena is also part of The Guinness Book of World Records. Found only in Los Angeles, it is the creation of a married couple that are bunny fanatics. In fact, they converted their home into an all things bunny related, and made it open to the public. Out front is a former Rose Parade bunny along with other bunny sculptures and decorations. Inside the house/museum is a collection of more than 40,000 bunny stuffed animals, figurines, stickers, pictures, books, games, toys and bunny themed food items as well as live bunnies and taxidermied bunnies of past occupants. Because this is an actual residence, you will need to call for an appointment if you want to visit.

Nowhere in the world can you find anything like Venice Beach, a beautiful stretch of the Pacific Ocean with a boardwalk unique to anywhere else. Famous for its collection of resident weirdos, the boardwalk itself is one of the top tourist attractions in Los Angeles. Lined with hundreds of vendors and street performers, it's also home to a wide range of restaurants, shops and, of course, the famous Muscle Beach. The strip is about 1.5 miles and is usually packed with rollerbladers, skateboarders, bicyclists and pedestrians. There is a large homeless population and has its share of resident eccentrics and weirdos, which is all part of the Venice Beach experience. The boardwalk has been in countless films, TV shows, music videos and commercials and well as some of its locals. Even one of the million dollar homes along the strip was where the contestants of an ANTM season stayed.

Hollywood Boulevard
Hollywood, CA, 90028

While the glory days of Hollywood Blvd are limited to only one night a year when Oscar is in town, it's still one of the most famous streets in the world. In the stretch of about a mile you have Grauman's Chinese Theatre where you can find the hand and footprints of old and new Hollywood celebrities, Madame Tussaud's wax museum and the Dolby Theatre, which is where the Academy Awards are held. If you're lucky, you can witness a movie premiere or an actor getting a star on the boulevard ceremony. There's also the infamous Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel with its unique collection of Hollywood memorabilia. Catch a movie at the El Capitan Theatre or the Egyptian Theatre. If you can score tickets you can watch a taping of Jimmy Kimmel Show whose studio is right next door. For the Hollywood history fans take a tour in the old Max Factor Art Deco building, which is the new home to the Hollywood Museum. Let's not forget all the eateries, souvenir, tee-shirt, stripper wear shops, tattoo parlors and character impersonators that give Hollywood Blvd that something extra.
