College Football

  1. College Football Week 14: #14 Nebraska Vs. Wisconsin

It wasn’t as easy as most expected it would be, but Bo Pelini’s squad took care of business against Iowa and will now play for a shot to represent the Big Ten in Pasadena in just its second season in the league.

  2. College Football Week 14: #13 Florida State Vs. Georgia Tech

Any hope of getting into the national championship discussion went out the window when Florida pulled away from the Seminoles in the fourth quarter last week.

  3. College Football Week 14: #2 Alabama Vs. #3 Georgia

Nick Saban doesn’t like that the loser of this game will get passed by Florida for a BCS bowl bid. Of course Florida would rather have the chance to get to the national championship, as Alabama does.

  4. College Football Week 14: #17 UCLA At #8 Stanford

Jim Mora had to answer questions about whether his team gave max effort on Saturday after a 35-17 loss to Stanford. A win would have sent the Bruins to Eugene to play Oregon; instead, they’ll have to redeem themselves against the Cardinal on Friday night.

  5. College Football Week 14: #19 Northern Illinois Vs. #18 Kent State

Northern Illinois already has its third straight 11-win season; its second under Dave Doeren. A win here not only earns the Huskies back-to-back MAC titles, but possibly a spot in a BCS bowl.

  6. College Football Week 14: Louisville At Rutgers

Charlie Strong, who will be a hot name for some of the head coaching vacancies around the country, has his team one win away from a BCS bowl. Louisville started 9-0 but has dropped two straight.
