There are several heat advisories and warnings in place Friday through the weekend.
After a warm stretch the past few days, things are cooling down. A big trough moving into the west coast will bring our temperatures down a bunch into the weekend.
Temperatures Thursday will be similar to Wednesday, maybe a degree or two warmer in spots because of the early sunshine.
Expect more of the same into the weekend — clouds in the morning and sunshine for the afternoon. Temperatures will continue to run very slightly below the seasonal averages.
We are gearing up for some very warm weather this work week.
