Wanted Sex Offender Faces Arraignment For Assaulting 2 Teens

A registered sex offender wanted in Texas for allegedly kidnapping and sexually assaulting two teenagers is scheduled to be arraigned Friday in Pomona Superior Court to face warrants, including one for alleged sexual assaults in the San Gabriel Valley in 1984.
