Denver is stacked with talented players thanks to John Elway’s construction of the team over the last four years. So, there have been far more “studs” than “duds” this season, and we’ll look at a few specific men here.
Throughout the John Elway – Peyton Manning Era, a focus on offense was apparent. But things have changed this season, and possibly for the better, as the Broncos are more well-suited to face the playoffs this time around.
Both Patriots Nation and Broncos Country are looking forward to Brady/Manning XV. The rest of the planet will probably enjoy the game, too.
The NFL playoff race is in full swing, but there are a number of players that won’t be around to be a part of it. The Cowboys, Packers, Broncos and Rams have all suffered serious injuries to big-name players that could linger on for the rest of this season and possibly even into the next.
Injuries can really hurt a team, and the later they come in the season, the worse they are. The Dallas Cowboys and New Orleans Saints both got some big scares on Sunday, but one team is looking to fare better than the other. In Denver, a leader is returning but he has to win back the respect of his teammates.
Week two of the 2013 NFL season is all set, but there are a couple of big-time players that may miss a lot more of it than they expected. One of them will be gone due to an unnecessary injury and the other due to his lack of judgment. Don’t get too unruly over all this though or some undercover Seahawk cops might nab you.
Von Miller started buzz February when he guaranteed Super Bowl title.
AFC defensive all-pro selections are in. Defensive line, led by J.J. Watt, looks like a brick wall. See who else made the list.
That being said, Manning, who currently ranks fourth in the league with a 101.2 passer rating, has not exactly enjoyed a ton of success against the Chargers from his days in Indianapolis.
