Organizers say a two-day auction of more than 700 costumes, scripts, awards and memorabilia from the estate of film star John Wayne brought in $5.4 million.
Heritage Auctions, the world’s third largest auction house, is conducting the single-owner auction of John Wayne’s personal archives. Ethan Wayne, the son of John Wayne, stopped by KCAL9 Monday to talk about the amazing auction.

“Little Fockers,” the third installment of the Ben Stiller, Robert De Niro in-law comedy series, topped the holiday box office with $30.8 million over the weekend.
