De La Rosa To Have Tommy John Surgery; Out 9-12 Months

In what may be the biggest blow of the season for the Dodgers, rookie sensation Rubby De La Rosa has a torn ulnar collateral ligament in his throwing elbow and will undergo Tommy John surgery.
