Police Thursday were seeking the public’s help in identifying potential additional victims of a man charged with touching himself in a van while parked outside two Orange County school parking lots.

Olivia Arzate, Michael Vargas’ mother, knew her son was arrested and taken into custody on June 20. But she didn’t know why he had to be hospitalized.
The chase began around 4:40 p.m. on State Route 138 at 80th Street.
