Three teenage girls were struck Wednesday by a vehicle in North Hollywood.
Armando Rodriguez, 2, was fatally struck by the animal around 8:15 p.m. at his family’s home in the 11500 block of Barbet Road in Phelan, the Coroner said.
The victim was hit by a 1997 Acura driven by a 46-year-old resident of San Gabriel.
The victim died at the scene, according to authorities.
The officer was transported to a nearby hospital.
