Authorities are trying to return more than $200,000 worth of recovered items that were stolen from an Orange County storage facility last month.
Police say a brazen thief stole thousands of dollars worth of property and stuck some of it underneath a Christmas tree to give out as presents.
The Los Angeles Police Department held a news conference Tuesday morning announcing the recovery of more than 11,000 items stolen from homes across a five-county area.
Stolen Betty Boop collectibles, leather bags, motorcycle helmets and car stereos are among the items police say belong to car break-in victims.
