A shotgun that fell off of an LAPD officer’s motorcycle has been found and police have arrested the 43-year-old man they say stole the weapon.
Officials say Joseph Sanchez of Long Beach drowned Wednesday after he went cliff diving into the surging waters near Inspiration Point.
